I feel fantastic!
I was reluctant to try something as simple as steam for my breathing issues, having had 43 years of poor breathing. But from the first use, I knew I had made the right choice with WellO2.

Thank you for a brilliant product!
As a professional vocalist, having had a couple bouts of sinusitis and doing some dusty house renovations for the past few months, I feel Wello2 not only cleanses my respiratory system, but is also strengthening it.

Still Have Questions?
How often should I use it?
For optimal results, we recommend that you practice regularly every day for the first month, for example, in the morning and evening. However, you should practice at least once a day. After the first month, you can continue with maintenance training according to your own preferences. However, we recommend practicing at least three times a week, as regular training will provide the most benefit to your daily life.
For those with chronic lung conditions, nasal issues, or congestion in the respiratory tract, we particularly recommend consistent use of the WellO2 device. Additionally, if you're receiving treatments like CPAP therapy that might worsen your symptoms, incorporating WellO2 training into your daily routine can be particularly beneficial.
There is no upper limit for WellO2 training, so you can practice as often as you like according to your preferences and goals. For example, if you suffer from acute respiratory symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sinus problems, or cough, you can practice several times – even 4–8 times a day. However, remember to listen to your body.
Tip! Using the WellO2 device before inhaling medication helps open the bronchi, enhancing the medication's penetration into deeper parts of the respiratory tract and minimizing the risk of irritation. When respiratory irritation occurs unexpectedly, WellO2 training quickly alleviates symptoms.
Can I use it if I’ve had a respiratory illness?
WellO2 is a drug-free breathing exercise device that combines gentle breathing resistance with warm steam to support your body’s natural respiratory function.
The training:
- Helps open the airways
- Strengthens the breathing muscles for more efficient breathing
- Encourages deeper and steadier breathing patterns
- Increases moisture in the airways to help them stay comfortable
- Loosens and mobilizes mucus so it’s easier to clear
- Supports the normal function of the mucous membranes
- Promotes nose breathing when used with the nasal mask
Many people with a history of breathing challenges have included WellO2 in their daily routine and reported feeling clearer and breathing more freely in everyday life. You can start with shorter sessions and adjust the temperature and resistance to your own comfort level.
Will it help with sleep or snoring?
Snorers often breathe through their mouths, causing the upper airways to dry out during the night. WellO2 training with a nasal mask before bedtime opens a congested nose and activates nasal breathing, which is the optimal breathing technique both awake and asleep. In the morning, WellO2 training quickly moisturizes dry airways.
Mouth breathing also loosens respiratory muscles. Regular WellO2 training, especially with a nasal mask, strengthens the small muscles of the nose, throat, and larynx that keep the airways open. Strengthening these muscles can potentially reduce snoring caused by their weakness. Many users of the WellO2 device have reported that snoring symptoms have reduced or disappeared completely with regular training.
