The foundation of WellO2 training is a full breath cycle. Perform one exhale through the device, then one inhale through the device to complete one cycle.

• Always exhale first to fill the device with steam.

• Inhale immediately after, slowly and deeply.

• Aim for smooth, controlled breathing — not forced or rushed.

• Start with 1–5 full breath cycles and increase gradually up to 10.

• Breathe in through your mouth or nose depending on your training goal and how you feel.
