The MyBreath™ Smart Mouthpiece is designed for use with the WellO2 Steam Breathing Trainer, allowing you to measure your breathing performance, track your training, and monitor your progress over time.

During guided breathing exercises and breathing tests, the MyBreath™ Smart Mouthpiece measures Breathing Power, Breathing Capacity, and Airflow. Results are automatically saved in the WellO2 App, making it easy to track your progress, compare previous results, and build a consistent breathing routine.

The MyBreath™ Smart Mouthpiece works seamlessly with the WellO2 App and is used just like a standard WellO2 mouthpiece. Guided tests and breathing exercises provide measurable feedback that helps keep your training motivating and easy to follow.
